COOKIES POLICY OF THE TAPINREACH

This Cookies policy of the Tapinreach (hereinafter referred to as the "Cookies policy") is a document that sets the information on how the website http://www.tapinreach.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Tapinreach" or the "Platform") that is created, developed and operated by Tap-Talents Inc. (Tax ID (EIN) 320739839) (hereinafter referred to as the "Service provider," "we," "us") – a legal entity incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America with a registered address at: 1007 N Orange St., 4th Floor, Suite #2185, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, United States of America – uses cookies and other similar technologies.

The terms mentioned in this Cookies policy are used in their meanings and definitions set both in the Privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy policy") and in the User agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "User agreement"), in the event of any conflict between the provisions of the policies set above and the Cookies policy, the provisions of the Privacy policy for purposes of personal data processing regulation shall prevail.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Service provider can place cookies and other similar technologies on the User’s device, including mobile devices, in accordance with the User’s preferences set on the Platform in a cookie consent manager. Depending on the settings chosen by the User in our cookie consent manager on the User’s device, the following information may be collected through cookies or similar technology: the User’s mobile device’s IP address, device’s unique identifier, information about the User’s device’s operating system, mobile carrier, and the User’s location information (to the extent permissible under applicable law).

The Cookies – text files that are placed on the User’s computer, mobile device, a digital tablet, or other devices as a result of using the Platform. They contain the details of the User’s browsing history as the User is browsing on the Platform. The Cookies are processed and stored by the User’s web-browser, they are harmless for the functionality of the device and serve crucial functions for websites. 3. USAGE OF COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

5. USAGE OF COOKIES FROM THIRD PARTY COMPANIES

Some cookies, web beacons, and other tracking and storage technologies that the Tapinreach uses are from third-party companies (third-party cookies), such as Microsoft, Facebook, Google Analytics, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Linkedin Analytics, etc., to provide the Service provider with web analytics and intelligence about the Platform which may also be used to provide measurement services and target ads. These companies use programming code to collect information about the User’s interaction with the Platform, such as the pages the User visits, the links the User clicks on, and how long the User is on web pages. This code is only active while the User is on the Platform.

6. DOES THE TAPINREACH USE ANY TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES SIMILAR TO COOKIES?

The Tapinreach may also use web beacons (including Conversion pixels) or other technologies for similar purposes as above and we may include these on the Platform, in marketing email messages or newsletters, affiliated websites, to determine whether messages have been opened and links clicked on. Web beacons do not place information on the User’s device, but they may work in conjunction with cookies to monitor activity. The information provided below about cookies also applies to web beacons and similar technologies. Conversion pixels are small codes located on a particular web page which are triggered when someone visits a page resulting in an increase in the conversion count.

7. IF THE USER DOES NOT WANT COOKIES OR SIMILAR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

The User can adjust cookie settings through our cookie consent manager. If the User wants to remove existing cookies from the device, the User can do this using browser options. If the User wants to block future cookies being placed on the device the User wants can use our cookie consent manager, at the same time it may have an impact on the User experience of using the Platform.
